Mail-in Service 
We accept mail in service for notebooks. Please contact us first by phone or email, Make sure that you package the laptop with enough packing material, including your information and any passwords if needed. We give priority to mail-in service, a lot of times we fix it and return it the same day. In fact your laptop can be fixed faster than taking it to a local repair shop. We pay for the return shipping charges.
PC/Computer Repair
Our office is open for all kind of Desktop repairs.
Software issues: We have the experience to fix software problems and conflicts or simply download missing drivers while you wait.
Virus/ Spyware: Spyware can be dangers to you personal and banking information. Do not use online banking if you notice Pop-ups on your screen. If your computer is running slow, it must be the Spyware or the Viruses taking over. Bring it to us, we will clean it and give you some advices and answer your questions.
Data Recovery: If you formatted your hard drive by mistake or you can not access your data, we can run our special software to recover your data and burn it on DVD or CD. We know how to handle hard drives; we do not claim that we can open the hard drive because we do not have a “clean room”. Only specialized companies equipped with a “clean-room” and the right tools can handle the internal parts of a hard drive.
Hardware: Hardware is our hobby; we can find any hardware problem and give you options to correct it. If you have something in mind, we can do it. We do good job on custom lighting, organizing wire harness, custom cuts and see-through custom cases. We have the only totally liquid cooled computer in town, that is the motherboard and CPU and power supply are submerged in liquid. There are no fans connected, the CPU is naked (without heat sink) it looks like a fish aquarium.
