Mail-in Service 
We accept mail in service for notebooks. Please contact us first by phone or email, Make sure that you package the laptop with enough packing material, including your information and any passwords if needed. We give priority to mail-in service, a lot of times we fix it and return it the same day. In fact your laptop can be fixed faster than taking it to a local repair shop. We pay for the return shipping charges.
Ink Refilling
As the cost of a new inkjet cartridge can eat up your budget, especially when you have school kids, Ink refilling is the answer. Bring your empty cartridge in a bag and we will fill them in 5 minutes most of the time.
Ink refill quality is very close to the OEM output. Given the cost difference, it is the solution. A good practice is to use your cartridges once a week at least and fill them right away. Ink cartridges tend to dry up after 6 months from the first usage, they will last as long as you keep using them and refilling them.
The most practical and cost effective ones to refill are: Canon, DELL, HP and Lexmark. Currently we are not doing new Epson’s or Brothers. We carry affordable after market cartridges for Brothers, Epson and Canon.
Ink refilling could become messy if you do it at home, you might end up coloring your carpet with strange colors, or loosing your favorite shirt and most likely, loosing your printer if you do not fill it correctly.
