Mail-in Service 
We accept mail in service for notebooks. Please contact us first by phone or email, Make sure that you package the laptop with enough packing material, including your information and any passwords if needed. We give priority to mail-in service, a lot of times we fix it and return it the same day. In fact your laptop can be fixed faster than taking it to a local repair shop. We pay for the return shipping charges.

Can I get a loaner laptop until my laptop is fixed?
Yes upon availability since we have a limited number of loaners laptops. (Deposit is required and surcharge of $6/day).
Are your prices comparable?
We spend more time diagnosing your computer to pinpoint the problem and therefore save you money on un-needed parts. Our prices are reasonable and affordable.
How long does it take to fix my computer?
It depends on the nature of the problem and if parts required are available. A typical problem needs an average of 2-3 days, however, we have a same day or 24 hours expedited service available. If parts are needed, it could take more time depending availability of the item.
Do you guarantee your service?
We give a warranty of one month on any repair except virus infection and software. Bottom line, you will get your money's worth.
